Dear family, Our mission is flying, as every day we have much more to do than we can finish, so our prayers are always that Heavenly Fathers spirit will guide us to those tasks that are most important. Always a reminder that when we seek to do His will the unimportant will fall out of the day and He guides our thoughts and actions to the important. I loved Lisels reminders of, our we happy, do we see His hand, and are we serving those around us? When our boss in Salt Lake called, the first question he asked is are you having fun on your mission? Your right Lisel Stevens, attitude is everything. I walk the streets of this magnificent city and say wow do I really live here? Its pretty amazing! We have several more missions to get too and help them get open houses going, four in Chile and four in Argentina, it works alot better if we go in person and set up trainings for the stake and ward mission leaders and when they dont have them the mission presidents and stake presidents and Bishops come. The mission presidents and wives have such a work load, we love them and pray for them. 180 plus adolocentes(in Spanish) to watch over and keep safe is no small task. When we are with them, all my mothering tasks come in handy: making large trays of homemade brownies, comforting sick missionarys with taberculosous, cooking for 50 in Uruaguay, lots of hugs for the sister missionaries, cleaning, encouraging, loving and understanding and speaking English to mission moms who dont speak spanish. and lots of smiles and you can do it. Most of the work load falls on POP because he speaks the lauguage better than I and teaches all the tranings, so I just try and help him with the slides and papers we hand out and drive the car while he navagates as I dont know if Im going or coming. We are so dependent on the Lord for everything. This is so His work, and so obviously His church, so amazing we get to members and have testimonies. We are all too blessed. Got to Go ....
