Hey Family and lots that we love, We must share our Testimony of this great work.Its not just daily that we see the hand of the Lord in this mission, its many times daily.This is His work and He trully goes before us and send angels roundabout on our right and on our left. We have been in Santiago Chile this week doing Capilla Abierta (open house, chapel) trainings each night for the four missions there and Friday morning for the zone leaders for the East mission. Just in one day: The church lent us a car to get around in this big beautiful city and we have two I phones and an I pad to use as GPSs. We start out 2 hours early to give lots of time during rush hour and all of our devices have no service. We drive around lost forever, Pray as always and arrive at the stake center four minutes before the meeting was supposed to start. As always we never miss our assignments and have been lost many times. To get back to our hotel ( as the Temple Hostel was full) a nice man at the church drew us a map and Don has a great sense of direction. I usually drive and he navigates. We had finished training another mission the night before, and the couple serving in that mission as coordinators said they would email all the training materials to their leaders that had come that night.,so Don went into the mission office to make a copy of the emails for them. The next day she called and said she had lost her copy and could we scan and email her another. Our office right then was our hotel room and we had no scanner. But it just so happened that Don accidently left the notebook with the list in her mission office (no accidents) so she could just call the Elders and pick it up. Then th Mission president just happened to call and had a training all set up for us in his mission. We have been trying four three months to get with him. and get his missiion trained before the big Christmas open houses starts with the Ilumina el Mundo for the world wide Christmas campaign. Heavenly Father knew how to do it and He always does. We work hard let go and He runs His Kingdom. We are blessed to be a small little part.We love the missionarys and leaders. Today we fed five hungry elders, I made two giant meatloaves, tons of potatoes salad fruit choc chip cookies ice cream, asparagus, they were full. 

This is a whirlwind mission and we are learning to trust God and relax and feel His love.We are also learning to work together as a team; no small feat

We love getting the emails each week from our own two missionaries,Lisel and Cayden. 

they teach us and inspire us with the wonderful things they are learning.That sweet picture of Lisel with her 82 year old investigator. The joy they are bringing that sweet man. and now Cayden leading a whole new zone of Elders with his great love and obedience. We watch how much responsibility these zone leaders have and we couldn't be prouder grandparents. and Cayden getting a new baby sister while he's out serving. What a special gift. His Uncle Jimmy was born while uncle Gary was serving his mission too.

Where did all these amazing grandchildren come from? From great parents who choose to live the Gospel and set good examples for their children. 

When we see pictures of all you cousins outside the Temple on the birthdays of those turning twelve to celebrate this great milestone with them. Because you know that's where the Lord would want you to be , in His house serving our deceased ancestors, and so proud of those of you who  are finding so many names of family that are waiting for those sacred ordinances to be done for them. The best Sunday activity I can think of. and you know that a current Temple recommend with your personal worthiness is the everyday path to stay on and stay safe and blessed.My two oldest at home now, Britta and Cason,(Happy 17th "B") such great examples you are being of loving and following the Savior. This is such an important decision making learning time in your lives. Stay sober minded about whats important and doing the small things that will help you be guided by the spirit daily. You are such precious gifted Saturdays Warriors and the Lord needs your good examples to many around you. Thank you for being who you are .

We miss you each so much. We will be running out to the Kilgruman farm in Cordoba each time for Trek with all these great youth and my own youth have inspired me as they have gone to trek and camps and EFYs and felt the spirit and Jory and Mandy just this past summer. Thanks for being such good examples for us. We love you so much!  Nan and Pop Happy Halloween, We miss all our little and big trick or treaters and being with all of you. When we are together again, we will all be different, I quess thats a good thing, I just dont like missing all your growing.
